For a personal purchase

Explain how you will use the vehicle, where it will be registered and which features are essential. Give a preferred model, colour and budget for discussion, with one acceptable alternative if you have one. Confirm who will handle destination import and registration checks. Ask for a clear written proposal and the inspection evidence you will review before purchase. A single-vehicle request still needs precise configuration and delivery terms.

For a dealer or importer

Provide the quantity by model and trim rather than only a total number of vehicles. State whether units must share colours or equipment and identify acceptable substitutions. Explain whether the request is for a defined order or an initial comparison. Ask how vehicle identification, inspections and documents will be organised for multiple units. Volume pricing and transport arrangements should be quoted for the actual mix instead of extrapolated from a single advertised price.

Keep commercial and vehicle details aligned

For either buyer type, review the proposed specification, payment milestones, quotation validity and responsibilities in writing. If several people approve the purchase, name the contact who will confirm changes. Record any difference between mandatory requirements and preferences so sourcing alternatives can be assessed quickly. Discuss estimated procurement and preparation milestones for your destination. An enquiry starts a conversation; the final scope and order terms are agreed separately before purchasing proceeds.

Questions, answered.

Does a dealer enquiry need a company name?

Include your company and contact person where applicable, along with models, quantities and destination. An individual can simply identify the request as a personal purchase.

Can an order include different TANK models?

You can request a mixed-model proposal. Specify the quantity and version for each model so the feasibility and terms can be reviewed.
